Carra specializes in distribution and retail management, with experience supporting 40+ brands as Director of Operations at a boutique brokerage. She also ran a sustainable grocery delivery service in Denver. Jake, former CEO of Happy Leaf Kombucha, grew the brand from a farmer's market staple to a multi-state retail presence. With his finance and accounting background, Jake develops decision-making tools that help brands compete confidently while maintaining financial health.

Fun fact: We met through the farmer's market business, as Happy Leaf was a vendor! Based in Longmont, Colorado, we operate fully remotely.
